HRD SUPERVISOR

Job Description :

• Possess a thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws.**2. Master HR planning and the recruitment and selection process.
• Capable of developing compensation and benefits strategies, grading systems, job evaluation processes, and salary structure designs.
• Provide management with information regarding the status of subordinates or act as a liaison between employees and management.
• Establish highly effective HR practices, such as developing SOPs, job descriptions, and training and development programs.
• Formulate short-term plans for tasks assigned by superiors.
• Enforce company-established policies and regulations.
• Resolve routine, day-to-day issues.

Qualifications:**

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Law or Psychology preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
• Possesses leadership qualities; is independent, honest, a team player, proactive, assertive, responsive to instructions from superiors, and capable of working under pressure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Capable of finding solutions to problems (problem-solver).
• Proficient in using computers, specifically Excel and Word.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
