Human Resource Director

About the role

Lead the overall HR strategy to support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence across corporate, commercial, retail, and distribution operations in Indonesia. A strategic and commercially minded HR leader who can build a high-performing organization, strengthen talent capabilities, optimize workforce costs, and support sustainable business growth in Indonesia's competitive beauty and retail market.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR initiatives with business objectives, growth plans, and organizational priorities
• Attract, develop, and retain talent to support business expansion, sales growth, and retail operations
• Drive organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
• Manage salary structures, incentives, benefits, performance-based rewards, and personnel cost optimization
• Strengthen leadership, sales capabilities, product knowledge, customer service, and retail excellence
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations
• Oversee payroll, HR administration, HR systems, BPJS, and applicable statutory requirements
• Foster a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and retention across head office and retail locations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10-15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
