Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Instagram (Feed/Reels/Stories) and Tiktok strategies tailored to Indonesian skincare consumers.

• Create localized content: skincare tutorials, product demos, ingredient spotlights, and videos aligned with Indonesian beauty trends.

• Manage daily posting, community engagement (comments/DMs), and analyze performance via social media analytics tools.• Adapt and execute social media strategies for targeted Asian regions,tailoring content to meet the specific consumer preferences and beauty trends of the local market.

• Write compelling captions that match the brand’s tone of voice.

• Identify the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.

• Collaborate on product launches/promotions and partner with local skincare micro-influencers to amplify reach.

• Leverage in-depth understanding of Indonesian consumer preferences to optimize content for engagement and conversion.**

Requirements :**

• Fluent English (able to use English as the working language).

• 1-2 years of proven social media experience in the skincare/beauty industry (Instagram/TikTok focus).
• Willingness to handle and oversee social media platforms for the Asian market, with a focus on localized trends and cross-cultural communication.

• Deep knowledge of International skincare consumer preferences, local beauty trends, and social media behaviors.

• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut) and proficiency in analytics tools.
