Content & Social Media Staff

Job Summary

Vetra Sistema Indonesia is a supplier and installer of decorative resin-bound natural stone surfacing products. We are looking for a creative Content & Social Media Staff member to produce engaging content, manage our social media platforms, and support the company’s branding and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Threads
• Plan and manage the the monthly content calendar.
• Design promotional materials, brochures, banners, presentations, and other company assets.
• Produce and edit photos, videos, Reels, and short-form content.
• Write engaging captions that align with the company’s brand identity.
• Document products, installation processes, completed projects, and company activities.
• Manage social media accounts and respond to audience interactions.
• Monitor content performance and prepare regular regular reports.
• Research current social media trends and relevant content ideas.
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams for marketing activities.
• Visit project sites for content production when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in content creation, graphic design, or social media management is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar applications.
• Able to use CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video-editing applications.
• Familiar with current social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
