Field Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer at Supervisor level to lead and coordinate our technical service team, ensuring high-quality technical support, efficient equipment maintenance, and excellent customer service across Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate FSE activities, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure service activities comply with company procedures, technical standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Monitor team performance, service quality, and customer issues, including necessary follow-ups and escalations.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to FSE team members and customers.
• Manage service reports, spare parts requirements, and regular service performance reporting.

Requirements:

• D3/D4 or S1 in Electromedical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an FSE, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role.
• IVD equipment experience is preferred.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
