About the role
Analyze repair costs for building M/E utility equipment (AC, genset, water pumps, electrical installations, etc.). Create budget estimates and price comparisons for management review. Execute tasks assigned by supervisors. Prepare daily and weekly work reports.

About you
- Minimum S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 years of experience in building maintenance
- Comfortable communicating via email
- Strong coordination abilities
- Able to operate computers (CAD application proficiency preferred)
- High integrity, detail-oriented, diligent, hardworking, and agile
- Good behavior and attitude
- Able to work under pressure with deadline targets
- Able to work both in teams and individually
