HR Section Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, employee movements, contract administration, and separation.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and support workforce planning to ensure alignment with approved manpower plans and business needs.
• Coordinate performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee learning and development initiatives.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits administration, payroll-related changes, BPJS, insurance, and other employee welfare programs.
• Handle employee relations matters, provide HR guidance to managers, and support employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations, company policies, employment agreements, and HR reporting requirements.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce data to support management decision-making.**

Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with broad exposure to HR operations and generalist functions.
• Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and team development skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
